Scope of Work

Temporary patrol, deterrence, incident reporting, and emergency coordination for the future Municipal Court facility. Prevention-first posture: protect life safety, stabilize incidents, preserve property, reduce nuisance/trespass, and create defensible documentation that limits City liability.

• Fixed uniformed post at the primary entrance during coverage hours.
• Randomized interior and perimeter patrols with GPS/timestamped tour points.
• Access control, visitor screening, and after-hours lock-up support.
• Trespass, loitering, and nuisance enforcement in coordination with SFPD.
• Incident stabilization, life-safety escalation, and evidence preservation.
• Daily activity logs and 24-hour incident reports delivered to the City POC.

Service Requirements

• Fixed-post + randomized mobile/vehicle patrols
• Armed security preferred; combined model with call-out support
• Coverage window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (City-directed)
• Mobilization within 7 days of Notice to Proceed
• Daily logs, incident reports within 24 hours

Submission Requirements

• Company profile, GA private security license number, and years in operation.
• Certificates of insurance meeting the coverage limits above.
• Staffing plan, supervisor coverage, and armed-officer credentials.
• Three (3) municipal or high-liability property references.
• All-inclusive hourly rates (armed / unarmed / supervisor) with NTE ceiling.

Required Credentials & Insurance

• Georgia Board of Private Detective & Security Agencies license
• O.C.G.A. Title 43, Chapter 38 compliance
• CGL $1M/$2M, Auto $1M, Professional Liability $1M
• Firearm / use-of-force coverage (armed proposals)
• OSHA, E-Verify, background & drug screening
