Michael Polynice, EMPA, is the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of MPE Consulting Group, a senior-led management consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Holding an Executive MPA — Public Finance & Data Analytics, Michael has spent more than 20 years advising executives, public-sector leaders, and founder-led enterprises across the moments that decide an organization's trajectory — capital formation, federal capture, program turnarounds, and the governance fabric that keeps growth defensible.

He co-founded MPE Consulting Group to retire a tired consulting trade-off: institutional rigor or accessible access — never both.
