Business Tax Returns
- Most lenders require 2-3 years of complete business tax returns
- Include all schedules and attachments
- Must match the EIN on your application
- Amended returns should include both original and amended versions
Personal Tax Returns
- 2-3 years of personal tax returns for all owners with 20%+ ownership
- Include all schedules (especially Schedule C, E, K-1)
- W-2s and 1099s if applicable
- For married owners, both spouses' returns may be required
